Policy Update
As our salon grows and scheduling out becomes more of a necessity we have decided to adopt a policy that allows us to protect the time of our wonderful clients as well as our staff’s. Beginning January 16th, we will be requiring a credit card on file for any color service booked online, in person or over the phone. We will also begin requiring a credit card on file for all of the following services: facials, hair color, lash lifts, and permanent makeup services.
Not to worry! We will not be charging your card for any other reason other than to abide by our Cancellation Policy as well as our No Show Policy. We want to be sure that we honor our guests and their time and allow for our service providers to provide the best possible guest experience. Our Policies are detailed below, however, should you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us!
Cancellation Policy:
To allow all of our clients to be seen in a timely manner we ask for a 24 hour notice prior to scheduled time of your service in order for us to cancel or reschedule an appointment. After the first day of reschedule we will require a credit card on file to book any future appointments and after the second same day we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked service and/or require prepayment of any future appointments.
No Show Policy:
In the event that a guest does not come in for a scheduled appointment, after attempts to call and resolve any possible scheduling issues we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file (required for any color service) up to 50% the total service.
