If you don’t love your product, Clementine’s will gladly accept returns on all products, with the exception of hair extensions and brushes.
SERVICE POLICY
If you are unhappy with the results of your hair, please call us within 14 days of your service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs at no additional cost, upon consulting with your original stylist.
CANCELLATION POLICY*
We appreciate a call 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. When canceling your appointment with less than 24-hour notice impacts our service providers and eliminates the opportunity to service other clients.
We understand that emergencies and last-minute plans come up, which may be grounds to excuse our cancellation policy. However, for day-of cancellations, we reserve the right to charge your card on file 50% of the service price. We reserve the right to charge your card on file 100% of the service price for no-shows. Failure to request cancellation an hour before the scheduled start time of an appointment is considered a no-show.
Deposits made for any service are refundable if the appointment is canceled before 24 hours. Please call the salon to cancel an appointment with a deposit.
*If you are booked for permanent makeup, extensions, transformational color, color correction, or a vivid color you must cancel your appointment before 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
LATE POLICY
Out of respect for our guests, guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late for a hair service will be honored at Clementine's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.*
For waxing, guests who arrive more than seven minutes late, they will be honored at Clementine's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
We are happy to remind you of your appointment. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of your appointments. Failure to receive a reminder does not excuse our cancellation policy. If you do not receive a reminder, please alert our front desk associates, and they will be sure to update your profile.
FOREIGN LASH POLICY
If you are coming from another lash artist, a refill at Clementine’s Salon and Skincare is considered a foreign fill. The quality of the set you come in with is the determining factor of the fee. Our lash artist will assess your lashes at the time of your appointment; if the lash set is of good quality and the lashes are healthy, a refill will be the cost of a refill plus a $25 foreign fill fee. If it is below industry standard, difficult to work with, and/or the lashes are damaged, our artist will inform you what the best decision would be from that point, either: removal or rehabilitation. Foreign fills will accrue an extra fee due to the extra time our artists must allot to ensure that you're being taken care of to the highest standard and quality. Your first refill service is the ONLY one that will be charged as a Foreign Fill; every set thereafter is considered a regular fill if completed by a Clementine’s Lash Artist.
If lashes are damaged but don’t require complete removal, our artists will move towards rehabilitation, meaning each lash won’t be able to support a new extension (to allow them to regrow and heal, those lashes will be avoided). Your new set might feel lighter, but as the lashes return, your sets will get fuller! If lashes cannot be salvaged, our artist will remove them, and the lash artist and guest will decide together what would be the best decision from that point.
