Clementine’s does expect all employees to arrive 5-10 minutes before their shift. However, we do understand life can throw you curve balls. Therefore, if you find yourself running late to work, please get in touch with your reporting manager and lead stylist/instructor for the day via phone immediately.

If you are ill and can’t come to work, please get in touch with your reporting manager and your day of lead stylist.

Your reporting manager will be the one to approve time off. However, you must inform Libby and Jen of your time off request too.

While in your protégé program, you will meet monthly with Libby. However, feel free to meet with your reporting manager whenever necessary.
