How To Freeze a Membership:

Step 1 Navigate to "memmanager". Find the clients profile you wish to freeze.

Select the profile and navigate to the "main" tab.

On the "main" screen, select Freeze button and set the start date and reactivation date for the duration of the freeze period. A membership can be frozen for no more than 60 days. During the freeze period, the client only has access to accrued services. They do not receive any other membership benefits during this freeze period.

Next step is to collect the $50 freeze fee in the register.

Navigate to the register. Create a new ticket under the clients name.

Add the service called "Freeze Fee" list it under house.

Complete the check out process.
