24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY We appreciate a call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. When cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, it impacts Clementine’s and the opportunity to service other clients. We understand that emergencies and last minute plans come up, which may be grounds to excuse our cancellation policy, however for day of cancellations and no-shows we reserve the right to charge 50% of a service at any time due to these matters..

Out of respect for our guests, clients who arrive more than ten-fifteen minutes late will be honored at Clementine's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

If you are not completely satisfied and wish to have an adjustment on your service, you have two weeks to contact Clementine's for an appointment to do so.

We found that the best way to achieve those smokey grey hues or vibrant pinks are to schedule a complimentary consultation. The stylist will be able to determine the level of lift, how many sessions, and the strength of your hair during this appointment. We then can move forward all being on the same page and having a clear game plan on how to get you to your desired effect.
