We appreciate a call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. When cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, it impacts Clementine’s and the opportunity to service other clients.
We understand that emergencies and last minute plans come up, therefore our policy is after one cancellation that is less than 24 hours we reserve the right to ask for a credit card to book any future appointments. If there is a second cancellation within less than 24 hours we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of that scheduled appointment.
We are able to hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. After the 15 minute mark, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
If you are not completely satisfied and wish to have an adjustment on your service, you have two weeks to contact Clementine's for an appointment to do so.
We found that the best way to achieve those smokey grey hues or vibrant pinks are to schedule a complimentary consultation. The stylist will be able to determine the level of lift, how many sessions, and the strength of your hair during this appointment. We then can move forward all being on the same page and having a clear game plan on how to get you to your desired effect.
